DISTANCE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded between the owner of the online store kalifeks24.lv (hereinafter referred to as kalifeks24.lv or the Seller, Supplier), and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Client), who places an order or makes a purchase in the online store kalifeks24.lv. The distance agreement applies to all orders and purchases made in the online store kalifeks24.lv.
DISTANCE CONTRACT. CONDITIONS
Distance agreement is an agreement between the Client (Consumer) (article 1, clause 3, LPZP) and the Seller kalifeks24.lv (article 1, clause 5, LPZP) or a service provider (article 1, clause 4, LPZP) , based on the proposal of the Seller or service provider using addressed or unaddressed printed publication, standard letter, catalog, advertising in the press, which is accompanied by a coupon for the order, telephone, fax, Internet, e-mail, television, radio and other information sources.
1. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE REMOTE AGREEMENT
1.1. The distance contract comes into force as soon as the Client (Consumer) has made an order using the Internet, telephone or other means and has received an order confirmation from the Seller via e-mail. An order and an order confirmation are deemed to have been received when both parties have access to them;
1.2. By concluding the Distance Agreement, the Client confirms that he is legally capable and is not under the influence of alcohol, narcotic and / or psychotropic substances;
1.3. The Agreement (including the General Conditions in the version in which they are published on the Website at the time of the request) comes into force from the moment when the Customer has accepted the terms of the Agreement on the website kalifeks24.lv and made a purchase;
1.4. By concluding the agreement, the Client agrees to the desire to purchase the goods, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, and the Client has fully familiarized himself with the General terms of the agreement and agrees with them;

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS ABOUT ORDERING GOODS
2.1. This agreement kalifeks24.lv undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the ordered goods, depending on the selected type of delivery.
2.2. Under this Agreement, the order of goods is made only through the online store kalifeks24.lv, by filling in all the required fields and clicking "order". Ordering goods on kalifeks24.lv is considered the buyer's offer to conclude a Distance Agreement on the delivery of the ordered goods and on the buyer's consent to purchase the ordered goods at the specified price. If the order is completed correctly, an inscription will appear that the order has been accepted.

2.3. After the end of the purchase process, the buyer will receive an e-mail with order confirmation and an invoice, which is a confirmation of the order - kalifeks24.lv “automatic invoice confirmation”. When the buyer has received the “automatic invoice confirmation from kalifeks24.lv”, it is considered that kalifeks24.lv has accepted the buyer's offer, for its part has joined the Distance Agreement and the Agreement is considered concluded between the buyer and kalifeks24.lv.
2.4. If the Buyer has not received an automatic confirmation of the account kalifeks24.lv ”, then kalifeks24.lv did not accept the buyer's offer, did not join the Distance Agreement and kalifeks24.lv is not obliged to fulfill the buyer's order. In this case, the buyer must make sure that he placed the order in accordance with the requirements of kalifeks24.lv and indicated the correct e-mail address.
3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE OF THE DISTANCE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Seller undertakes to comply with the terms of the distance contract no later than 15 days after receiving the order from the Consumer, unless the parties have agreed on another term. If the Seller cannot fulfill the terms of the Agreement because the goods ordered by the Consumer are not available, then the Seller undertakes to inform the Consumer about this. In such a case, the Seller may offer the Consumer an equivalent product or price.
4. RIGHT TO REFUSE AND RETURN GOODS
4.1. According to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the Consumer can exercise the right to refuse and unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract and return the goods to the Seller within 14 calendar days. Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the buyer has the right to return or exchange unused goods. The returned product must not be used, damaged, must be in its original packaging with undamaged markings, free of visual and technical defects;
